Amid Russia's relentless attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, a critical shortage of air defense missiles has left some systems empty, unable to protect against further aggression. Yurii Ihnat, the head of the Air Force's communications department, revealed the extent of this shortage in a recent interview.
